At Manhattan Childrens Center (MCC), we are not only committed to providing a world-class education to our students, but our passion and dedication to the field extends to the development of opportunities for career advancement in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
In coordination with graduate programs both within and beyond New York, MCC is proud to offer Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA-NY) fieldwork supervision on-site for employees pursuant to licensure. Staff accruing supervision will have the opportunity to meet 1:1 and in group settings with licensed professionals to discuss the principles and application of ABA related to their work with students at MCC. Additionally, supervisees receive in-vivo observation while working with students, in an effort to enhance critical thinking and decision making about programming.
Supervision hours are available to employees or interns who are enrolled in coursework approved by the BACB or NYSED toward BCBA and LBA certification, respectively.
