These interactive sessions go beyond traditional lectures—Fellows engage in dynamic individualized trainings, collaborative problem-solving, and real-time case studies that mirror the complexities of real-world practice.

Each Fellow is paired with a dedicated Mentor—an experienced MCC leader—who provides personalized feedback, coaching, and professional development planning throughout the program.

      Leadership Artifacts

Leadership is built through action, and the MCC Fellowship ensures every Fellow graduates with a tangible record of their accomplishments. As part of the curriculum, Fellows create a series of Leadership Artifacts: job-embedded projects that demonstrate their applied skills and leadership growth.

      Artifact examples include:

      • Designing and implementing a targeted instructional intervention
      • Leading a professional development workshop for colleagues
      • Conducting a program evaluation with actionable recommendations
      • Creating a student support or behavior management plan aligned with MCC’s model

Each Artifact is curated into a professional portfolio that showcases the Fellow’s readiness to take on advanced educational roles. This portfolio becomes a powerful tool for career advancement—both within MCC and beyond.
